Information we collect

We collect information required to help the application function properly and help you have a good user experience.

The first time you use the application or when you reset your credentials, we will collect the username and password which you normally use to access the Bizsoft HRM portal. This information is encrypted and stored on your phone for your convenience so that the system can automatically log you into the portal next time you use the application without having to login each time.

• Information we get from your use of our application. We collect certain information as you use the application. This information includes:
• Device information

We collect device-specific information (such as your unique device identifiers, and mobile network information). Bizsoft Solutions will associate your device identifiers with user Bizsoft HRM profile on the portal.

• Location information

When you use our application, we will collect and process information about your actual location. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may, for example, provide Bizsoft Solutions with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and cell towers.

• Local storage

We may collect and store information (including login information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as application data caches.

How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect to ensure that the application functions as intended. Below is the information we collect and how we use them

· Username and Password: We use this information to automatically log you into the Bizsoft HRM portal when you attempt to record your attendance. This means that you don’t have to login every time you want to record your attendance.

· Device Information: We obtain the phone IMEI number to uniquely identify your mobile device. The number is associated with your Bizsoft HRM profile the first time you use the application and ensures that you can only use this initial device to record your attendance. We also obtain mobile network information to determine if you have internet connectivity or not so that the application can decide whether to transmit your recorded time to the Bizsoft HRM portal or encrypt and store it locally for later transmission when internet connectivity is restored.

· Location Information: We obtain your current location when you record your attendance. We transmit your location along with your recorded time to the Bizsoft HRM portal so that your employer can easily see the location from where you have recorded your work attendance.

Information we share

We do not share any of your information with 3^rd parties. However, the following information is transmitted to the portal and can be viewed by your employer

· Attendance time and location recorded

· Device IMEI number

Information security

We work hard to protect your information from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold on your device or transmit to the portal. In particular:

• We encrypt connections to the Bizsoft HRM portal using SSL.
• We encrypt all data we store on your phone

When this Privacy Policy applies

Our Privacy Policy applies the Bizsoft Clock Recorder application.

Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up.

Changes
